    hi,

We have a Neff S4840X0GB/05 slimline fully intergrated machine, and yesterday it suddenly flooded the kitchen floor, and was full of water inside. We cleaned this up, and then it did again (it was not doing a cycle). This morning, it had filled up inside again. so we duly cleaned it out, and then when we tried to see if it would work, it blew the circuit breaker.

Has anyone any ideas what could be wrong with it?

    Thanks!!

    Paul

The inlet valve will be weeping. Turn the water off to the machine – if it hasn’t filled in the morning, that’s you problem.

The valve is part of an Aqua-stop fill hose assembly, p/no 091058; spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get you one promptly. Be advised that is exceedingly awkward to fit……..

As far as tripping the breaker is concerned, the machine has probably overflowed into the base and soaked some electrical component(s). Drag it out, get the covers off, drain it and dry it is all I can suggest at the moment.

    Power off, of course.
