    Good afternoon,

    I have a 2 year old WD420. A few months back it stopped heating on the drying cycle, but to be fair that’s not such a loss as it wasn’t great anyway, but it would’ve been nice if it were a cheap repair.

    Anyhoo, the latest problem!!

    On/Off is blinking rapidly
    Reduce creases, rinse hold, time saver is also flashing

    Could someone with the engineer book confirm what that fault is? I am wondering if this could hopefully be a cheap component replacement, or are you going to advise the age old £90 free-parts 5 year warranty? I’m thinking of just scrapping it, argh…..

    Can you give us the left hand vertical flashing lights by number from top down please.

    Hi Rob

    What you need to do is contact watchdog and add your name to the ever increasing amounts of complaints from this manufacturer.
