    Just had this customer on the phone, not to familiar with this cooker.

    He says that when either the oven or grill is used the fan, oven or grill and neon all go off completely after a while. He also thinks the control panel is getting to hot.

    PNC is 944181727.

    Any previous on these or any suggestions.

    sounds like a cooling fan not coming on then TOC cuts the power.
    some of these ovens use this part number 8996619267611, these are getting quite popular’ usually look burnt when there faulty

    Suspected something like that, wasn’t sure if this one has one fitted.

    You don’t happen to know the number of the fan by any chance?

    No need to replace the fan, that device (8996619267611) switches the cooling fan motor when it detects rise in temp.
    Simply replace that part and all should be well 😉
