    i have not visited this machine yet but client informs me ofthe following:

    no action when programmed!!!!!

    on/off neon FLASHES / rinse hold neon FLASHES / mini load neon FLASHES

    I have had look on error code pages, but as i have not seen control panel layout, I am struggling to cross reference details posted

    any quick solution on this one, I am trying to save 40 odd mile round trip

    What are you like eh? :rolls: 😉 🙂

    All you need to note is the Option LED’s from top to bottom (i.e 1 to 5) and take from that the appropriate error code. In this case Rinse Hold = LED 3 and Mini load =LED 4.

    3 and 4 flashing their LED’s off means that the NTC has a fault. 😉
