    Hi Everyone

    Working at a Model AKZ650/IX Built in Oven ( 858565015004 ) Customer tells me that low temps (50-160oC) and high temps (210- 240oC) are ok but mid range temps (160-200) do not seem correct especially when baking

    Has anyone came accross this problem

    This oven has electronic control board and sensor to control temp (and two components with small motors????)

    Any ideas?? anyone

    Could be a software problem, possibly needs either reprogrammiing with a Sam module or a new programmed board

    where can I get a “sam module” and what does it do
