Okay, what do you all know?

    ?? I know nothing ??

I imagine Service power are in the shite in any case, I suspect they have very few agents now. We trialled them just for the hell of it, and was talked round by Terry Jackson.

They would pay you from a web-based system, and you only got to know the lab rate when claearing the call. We had 1 for Allianze Cornhill, and it was £32.50. I phoned them up and told them if that is the rate, Stuff it.

They carried on sending calls which I e-mailed back, and in the end had an e-mail saying sorry to lose you. That was it. There is nobody else in this area, so I don’t know what they are doing.

Regards Candy Hoover, as I said, haven’t heard a thing, if I have a hint at what is going on, I may be able to find out though

    Very poor cover.

    Engineer shortages.

    Booking 2-3 weeks in advance.

Refusal to even go to some outlying postcodes.

DAG re-routing some GIAS calls to normal network due to poor cover and high level of complaints.

Approaching engineers to sub it out but not getting any respondents as the contract manages to both suck and blow plus low £30’s labour rate at best. Many have told them to go forth after seeing the contract and rates.

Tried some WP’s but they laughed at the rates offered.

All good fun but, in essence, they’re in the sh1t.
