At this price, oen could replace it yearly and not be too upset.

Hi there,
Cheap indeed and from China.
This company are based in the Rossendale valley and import directly from the Far East.
No big brand after sales back up at these prices.
Cheers,
Greaseater.

My premier range oven lasted 13 months, cost £350.00 It looked good but is indeed cheap chinese rubbish, It needs a very basic new part that cost a few pounds a thermostat, however ther is no spare parts aftersales at all so the oven is worthless, premier range offered me £20.00 of a new oven as compensation, I wouldnt have another oven off them for free, stick to a named brand and dont make my mistake. As a fault finding service they sent me a manual by email about how to cook fairy cakes in the oven translated from chinese to english, whats all that about! Im going to contact consumer advice about them and take them to the small claims court.

And here’s the thing, they don’t have to offer a warranty, aftersales, spares or technical, its not a legal requirement, so an offer of £20 is £20 more than they have to do. They won’t care that you will rubbish their appliances or them as next year they will be sold under a different name. Its down to the consumer to research what they are buying, and decide the best offer, sticking to brand names does help, but here you will also find poor quality as well. If its cheep it will nearly always mean its poor quality.

I would not say £350.00 is a cheap oven, Currys and Comet both offer a oven for £120.00 with full spares available. I cant get a single spare for a premier range oven. Its a great feeling taking a £350.00 oven to the dumpit site after 14 months because I cannot purchase a £8.00 replacment thermostat. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Hi travis
Do you have a picture of the thermostat you need ?
If you can’t upload it send it to samsung@ffrservices.co.uk as I may well have one.
