Called out this morning to an ISE5 Mk2 that I installed just over a week ago.
Customer is complaining that although machine is normally very quiet on spin the door vibrates very noisily on certain loads. She said she had a single pair of jeans plus other items and the noise was very noticeable. If she just touched the door frame it stopped.
Obviously a slightly OOB load, just wondered if anyone else has had a similar complaint.
