    I have just received a new halogen hob element, part number 6203429/C00228950. going out to fit it tomorrow.

    Opened the box to check it out as you do and there is no data sheet in the box.
    Its a good while since I changed one of these and I am sure that the last one had revised wiring connection info. I know I should have saved it. 😳

    Connections on new element are.

    4(1a)
    (2b)S
    (1b)H

    Anyone know if these have altered or will it be a straight swop?

    It should be a straight swop. The 2 numbers given on each terminal relate the the 2 various reastat make options and their respective terminals IIRC. 😉
