I would say not holding the camera steady 😉
You should have advised them they should have been balanced out Mark. Half down the left side and the rest down the right side.

I had a call due to one of those. She claimed the cups etc on the top weren’t washing well. She had one of those freshners positioned that the top arm was hitting off it hence stopping it. When i explained it all to her i had a hard time convincing her it was the problem. I kept getting ” I doubt that would cause a big problem like that” :rolls:

I’ve had it loads of times, I’ve stopped trying to explain it. I just advise against it stating that it could damage the dishwasher and show them a better place to put it. After that I explain that I’ve serviced the Dw and all’s now well.
Placebo works on alliances as well as people 😉
