    customer tells me the top spray arm is not moving, has cleaned jets.
    also had fault codes F2 show up, he put more water in as level seemed low, then had fault code FA. cant find on this on known error codes.
    any advice please. John

    Hiya,
    It’s a Whirlpool machine. F2 = flooded base. FA=Optical Water Indicator Fault. It’s not fitted with an OWI so it’s misreporting that one.
    Fault codes and diagnostics are in the stickies.

    Hi, yes agree with post, flood alert/Most likely on this model that the small hose, recirc motor to sump is leaking.This corresponds with faults and codes.As the hose is not a part, new recirc motor has to be bought.All the best
