    Hello everybody,

    Please help – I have the above named Tumble Dryer which has developed the following fault:

    The machine runs for approx 5 minutes and then cuts out emitting an intermittent beeping while displaying a fault code F:09.

    Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could mean?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Fault 9, huh? Is it heating up?

    Idealy, you/I need to collar a BSH engineer with a laptop, or wait for one to see this post.

    Alternatively, you could try ringing BSH and asking them what fault 9 is on your dryer…

    As I have just done 8)

    F09 – NTC problem!

    I guess it’s not heating then, and it needs the thermal cut-out reseting/replacing.

    Power off before investigating please :zap:
