hi gents
called on a servis w.d m9614 select prog starts then noen shimmer on front panel closes down and back on within less than a second suspect a poor contact could not find one , now suspect model anyone had this and found the fault, model very exspensive machine 14 monthes old

Ironically, had an M6614 today with a similar fault, was shutting down for a second or so with the lights going off just as the motor attempted to turn the drum, it would then spring to life again, same as yours??
Strangely, it would run fine with the belt off so im assuming mod is failing under the high start current.. but it could be another component of course.. 😯 EMW do them, & you can always return it. 😉
