    Called to this machine as the user can’t get any programme to start. The interlock energises but nothing happens, the ‘READY’ and PRE-WASH’ L.E.D. lights flash but nothing else. I’m sending the module to EMW for testing but just in case it’s something else I’d be grateful for any other information anyone has on this fault code, cheers!

    Was it locked by any chance?

    Hold down the two buttons marked lock for 5 sec’s to release from memory

    Hi, if you mean was the door locked, no it was’nt, the door was open.

    check wiring at motor got caught out with a similar fault jsut last week.

    Child lock? I did’nt know it had one, motor wiring checked out o.k.

    Checked all usual suspects, connections, motor. heater, etc. Going back with module tomorrow, so will see what happens.
