Re: Indesit Widl102 Sticking On Wash Cycle

i have just been back to customer and even with the variable temperature selector turned to the frost symbol which i assume is “off” i can still hear the heater on and so it seems the heater is getting turned on and staying on through out the cycle possibly even on rinse as cust says clothes came out nice and warm.

would module cause this fault or maybe a stat??

You could give Tony at EMW a ring and see what he thinks, 0115 9652118.
Very odd fault. Would have thought it has either to be connection problem or module. Would have thought it would have thrown up an error code and ought to have either not heated or boiled if sensor/relay was not working.
