    Called to above tumbe dryer which is showing the following. When prog is set the drying indicator lights and machine runs then after 20 secs the anticreasing/finish indicator lights and it gives 4 bleeps, and appliance cuts off. Ive bench tested pump and checked float switch which was clean as a whistle, . The stat on heater is open circuit but even shorted out makes no difference maybe it closes on heat. Any ideas guys

    Set to TIMED DRYING to test.. other cycles are automatic programs & will only heat if they sense wet/dampness in drum

    Cheers seamy I replaced motor cap and all seems well.
