I am just wondering that with all that is happening in the world markets with banks and other financial businesses, is the back up of AXA for the warranties secure, I know it is very difficult to predict that any company is keeping your money safe but where would we stand.

Hi Steven,
Our guarantees are safer the Manufacturers guarantees as shown but Service Uk, and way safer the own label people like MFi both of whome have gone bust leaving a mess because their guarantees are based on the assumption that they keep trading.
If we cease trading our machines are covered by Axa who will continue to pay parts and labour as per our contract. Whether Axa are safe in the light of AIG who knows, they certainly won’t tell me if they are in trouble. We are just paying our £20,000 per month for insurances on the premise of in the unlikely event of Axa getting in to trouble the government will bail them out.
