😕 Hi i am looking for some help with the above FF
When the FF is turned off i get a error code by way of a segment on the freezer digital display. I am told by Samsung the my particular model is a 2004 without ice dispenser ect. The segment blinks in green untill you reset it by way of the power freeze & power chill buttons for ten seconds.the segment flashing is the bottom right hand vertical segment (poss no 10) of freezer side not sure as picture on this site features later model and mine is 2004 with just freezer on left and fridge on right can i be helped with a replacment part and is the a DIY or do i need an expert.
The Freezer and fridge are working fine with no other obvious problems i only noticed the problem when i had a power cut so now if the power supply is switched of the only way i can get up and running again is to reset the system. and the FF works fine again.
