    went 2 this 1 about 2 weeks ago usual no heat cleaned/fitted stat kit customer said she used it 12-15 times now showing F-11 she lives some distance away could i have overlooked something?anyone had any similar experiences?

    F11 is a “no pump connection” fault.

    id start there, check connections at pump and board (J5).
