    hi boys and girls. hope you can help. looked around already but no answers found……

    the above mentioned bas***d will start on any cycle and fill. it will also drain and it will pump the water to the wizzy jets. and on the fast cycle it will open the detergent compartment. however, in just less than ten minutes into the cycle it will stop and begin to flash an error. more importantly, up until this point whilst rinsing, the water does not appear to be heating up

    my questions are: at what point does the incoming water get heated by the element? is it likely to be at the point ten minutes in when the unit throws up a fault or is it supposed to heat straight away?

    any other ideas?

    Which Lights are flashing ? list them from the left whilst looking at the machine.

    thanks so much brian for the fast response brian. didnt go into it as i never figured anyone would know
    of the four ‘cycle lights’ 1,3 &4 will flash with no.2 alternately.

    It’ll be either the Water heater failure or the safety stat which has failed.

    thanks again bryan.
    would you mind pointing me in the direction of the stat please. and by safety stat do you mean element temperature stat? or just a stat for the internal temperatre of the unit.

    Bottom left within the base compartment.

    POWER OFF BEFORE YOU GO IN !!
