Customer fault is after 1 hour cooker is swithing of, which points me to the top cooling fan and TOC. Does anyone know which TOC controls the fan as there are several to choose from. Part numbers and location would be fantastic. Prod No is 94852213, cheers Guys.

Check product code as it is not showing TB SI530 against it a few digits short?.
If the appliance shuts down after an hour check the main thermal cut out should be rated 170 deg located at rear of oven cavity, you may find the one there is only around 150 if it has not been upgraded. Number for main cut off is 3115190047.

Steven the prod no is defo correct. As for the stat rating ,the original one is still in and has been for 10 yrs, thats what leads me to think its a cooling fan toc combo.

If its been in for 10 years it may have the old value and needs to be upgraded.
Cooling fan cut out is 3115190021 cut in @46 deg
Change over stat 3115442000 cut out 110 degCut out stat above grill cavity for grill cut out 3115190005
Main oven stat if getting too hot 506008303006
Does the cooling fan come in at all, they usually start straight up if you turn the grill on?

Steve i had all plates main oven and grill on but the fan did not cut in.
