    hi can anybody help i have a hoover washing machine and during the wash the customer reports that the timer dial clicks round and stops at random places but still completes the cycle. i ahve seen this alot before and have replaced the module and never heard anything else from the customer.

    Any ideas appreciated.

    Check if a blockage in the filter/coin in sump hose. Otherwise timer.

    That’s the little drive motor (Timer unit) behind the main control dial. 🙂

    But, as Simon46 points out…you need to also make sure things like the pump and the heater are OK before changing the Timer (aka Stepper Motor).
