Whirlpool 6th sense washer just wont start!!!!!!

Got a whirlpool 6th sense washing machine all singing and dancing AWO3771 select say for instance spin, shut the door press start, the door dosent lock but the timer still counts down but the machine does absouletly nothing, iv’e checked the carbons as told by someone on here before but they seem ok, is there a test procedure or is this a common fault?
Ps the machine is only 2 years old
