Has anyone come across this model? No one seems to know it. It is a commercial looking job, about 4ft high, with an 8.5 kg load capacity. Somehow they have got it stuck in demo mode, and try as I might, I cannot get it to cancel. They have been onto Hotpoint, but had no joy. Can anyone help please? Cheers. Steve.
