This one is a strange Fault, Machine runs OK on every cycle except drying cycle drum turns, blower fan comes on but no heat.
When in test mode heat will come on and drier will work.
At the end of test mode fault code shows E73 NTC Sensor on drying duct faulty, the sensor is testing OK correct resistance etc, also the sensor at the front of the drying manifold is OK.
The fault may be on the control module but I can not understand why the drier works OK in test mode ??? But heater does not work in drying program.

The machine also came up with an E40 fault code after trying to use the drier scratching my head with this one because it’s not even listed.

Has anyone seen a similar fault with these machines?
    How was it resolved ?

    Hope someone can help

E40 is the fault code the customer sees

    it could be

    E41 door open

E42 problems with door closure door not locked after 15 secs , door open in cycle for more than 15 secs or still locked at end of cycle for more than 3 mins

E43 triac controlling door lock faulty

you would have to go into engineering mode to get specific faulty
