    I have a Gala washer/dryer Model Number: GMB 95 Q.
    Unfortunately, the unit came with my new flat but a manual didn’t…

    There is a sticker on the bottom with a serial number, the model number and it also says it is made in Italy.

    I was hoping that someone could tell me who makes (or did make the Gala brand) so I could track down a user manual.

    Any insight is greatly appreciated! 🙂

    Weren’t Gala at one stage in the dim and distant past, connected to Hotpoint?

    I’m sure there was mention, a few years ago on this forum, of Gala being a brand for the Irish market.

    Yes, it used to be a brand used by GDA which used rebadged Creda and Hotpoint.

    Nope, it’s an Antonio Merloni built-in washer dryer, so same as many Diplomat, Baumatic and Whirlpool machines to name a few.

    Have sent a ‘typical’ user book through which may help our OP.

    Penquin: Thanks for the manual – I haven’t had time to give it a thorough examination but am hoping that it will give me enough detail to operate and maintain the machine.
