The base was flooded, removed side tank mirco’s cleared any blockages. turned machine on the pump kicks in stops, then stright away the circulating motor is running no water comes in. could any one let me know as to cause. all bosch d/w I have worked on the water comes in before cir motor activates!!!
also could do with a wiring diagram as I may need to find feed cables to remote water inlet vavle.

Sounds very much as if you’ve put the microswitch plug on the wrong terminals maybe?
Only 2 wires run to the remote inlet/safety valve and they’re usually blue and brown. 😉

I have put correct wires back to side mircos. You told me the colours to check if 240v is reaching the valve(cheers) wanted to know if its normal for cir motor to run before water valve opens, as this may indicate the fault, also was told there was a burning smell when it went wrong.
unusual for flooded base.!!
Cheers John.Just out of interest , have you re-set the appliance electronically ? The module on these will hold its programme status in memory so switching it off and then back on via the on/off switch won’t reset the cycle . It will just carry on from where it was stopped.

paul, yes set to abort program, then restarted new program.
not sure what to look for apart from module, but as usual cant test.
