got a funny one, customer says it wont empty fit new pump called me back it worked fine for me, she said it gets to the end of rinses and water stays in the M/C check all the pipes could it have a intermittent fault on the board some times it goes OK 💡

I had one similar and one that would miss the main spin completely. Just check the brushes in the motor. I have had this even though the motor ran ok, a poor contact upsets the brain so to speak

Found a penny stuck in the outlet pipe of the filter housing the other day. It was a perfect fit, creating an intermittent flap valve but very difficult to find. Might be worth a quick look as you’re going back anyway, although you said you’d checked the pipes.
