I went to this machine where the customer complained of damage to her clothes. The damage is lots of small holes, in a few different garments. The holes are not consistant to the drum holes, just random. I have inspected the drum thoroughly, and can not find any thing wrong with it. To puzzle me further, the customer said it still happened when she washes things inside a pillow case.

Could she have splashed something on the clothes which has reacted with the detergent, if so what?

    Any suggestions apprieciated

    Hi

only thing i can think of is drum speed what do wash lables say ?

other one to look at is the gap between drum and door seal these are usaally rip`s rather then holes.

drum speed dose happen but not often. also slight chance of bra wire in tub.

    rogue.
