HI
I have this cooker and the customer is complaining of what she has been told is a ”ghost flame”. The top oven is ok and pressure to cooker ok but the main oven flame is a little orange but not too much and it is dancing slightly but no flame lift at all. the customer did say it didnt cook as well as she expected but she is a new tennant and used to electric. Any ideas what this ”ghost flame” could be?
id change the ffd, and take the buner off and clean it
usually its because somethings been spilt on it
