    Had a look at this smeg Saturday customer said it’s been nothing but trouble throughout the warranty the modules been replaced twice plus other components.
    the circulation pump is continually running with no water present it will not reset if you press the start button it reads 11mins the returns to three dashes — but continues ciculating all the while, checked the chamber for crud but all clear, how does this model control the water level ?
    any advice please

    Might be a long shot but is there an earth fault on the motor? I’ve had hotpoint slims with crusty motors do the same thing, motor just running all the time and lots of wierdness in the display.
