Burning smell?

    Cust reported strong smell of burning on ISE5v1. Could smell it when i got there and took the lid off but couldn’t find a thing wrong, stripped it to within an inch of it’s life and nothing. Anyone had this? Any ideas?

    Hi Nige

    We had one or two where the front lip of the drum was rubbing against the inner face of the door gasket but that usually showed up from the start.
    Is there any wear in the bearings perhaps, allowing this to happen ?

    Drum looked ok, was no smell in drum, more of an electrical smell in cabinet. It’s one of the first ones we sold and is still lookin good all round realy.
