    We currently have two ISE forums running, one completely hidden.

    TBH if I have a fault to report or query I always post it in the hidden forum so that it doesn’t appear in the scrolling XML box, don’t want to wash the dirty linen in public etc. 😉

    However it seems that one or two agents don’t always read the hidden forum.

    A post in the main ISE forum that Chris has answered today is a case in point.

    The ISE2 not switching off has occurred on a number of occasions recently but because I posted about it in the ‘hidden’ as opposed to the restricted forum some people will have missed it.

    Perhaps its time to amalgamate the two forums to avoid confusion. As long as we are careful with the headings it shouldn’t be a problem, or make the one single forum a ‘hidden’ forum.

    THIS is an example of a thread title that does not look very pretty on the scrolling XML.

    I think a totally hidden merged forum is the way to go, IMHO of course.

    Agree. I have had problems, one or two quite spectacular, which I have chosen not to post about. “5 goes Bang!” wouldn’t look very good on the XML……….
