As seen here on UKWhitegoods and i’m sure out in the field, the question of part prices is still rattling around.
Are we any closer to getting price lists, at least for the main components?

We’ve not made up a trade or retail list Tim as there isn’t a single machine that’s out of it’s warranty as yet so it hasn’t been regarded as a priority TBH.
I can only recall seeing one or two people asking about it.
All we need is a price to bill back to the insurer, which we have obviously, but it doesn’t include carriage etc. Even that’s only been done in the past few months as we hadn’t billed a lot of it back.

Out in the field my conversation goes like this;
Customer, ” What do you think of Bosch?.”
Me, ” Bosch are ok but its the cost of their spares that stops me from recommending them.”
Customer, ” What do you recommend then?.”
Me, “ISE.”
Now this is where a cost comparison on spares is required.
All I really need is the cost of an ISE2, ISE5, ISE10 motor, module, pump.I can’t give prices at the moment if I did I would be guessing.

Approximations Tim on the current range off the top of my head from memory….
ISE2/ISE5-2
Door seal – less than £10
Motor – £40-50
Module – £30-40
Pump – £10-12ISE10
No door seal as such, but a few quid! 🙂
Motor – No firm price on it yet as I’ve yet to see it
Module – about the £80 mark
Pump – IIRC, about £20-30HTH
