Called to this originally as dead, no display. Have fitted bit100 pcb C00110348, which has brought the display and machine to life. However…. upon starting, it goes into test mode (ROD on display) and you are supposed to press and hold “start” to cancel test programme and it doesn’t……… The on/off button will switch the machine on but not off; the start button appears to be completely ineffective, although you can feel it “click” when pressed.

Allowed test sequence to finish, the display went to END, then brought up a group of dotted lines across the screen.

    It won’t programme – stumped.

    Any ideas?

    sdw80

does exist, but theres no bulletin about that

might even be a faulty pcb

have you tried putting old one back, resetting it, then refitting the new one?
