Whirlpool oven AKZ 650/IX “Light ON”

Hi everyone

Have been out to this oven and the oven light will not go off, customer says that the light is not as bright as normal and this only hapenned after she carried out a “pyro clean” rest of oven works fine but light will not switch completly off. The door seems to lock during this “pryo clean” program maybe this is the problem ?? Would like to be sure as the door lock assem looks expensive
