Does anyone here have their Business Terms & Coditions printed on their sales and repair invoices ? I am trying to formulate my own T & C s but wondered if you guys had a copy of the wording I could use ?
I know from what I have read that any T & Cs must follow a legal format and rather than trying to re-invent the wheel I thought that some of you must have already got invoices with T & Cs on ? It would also be helpful if any of you have addressed the new BERR regulations in their T & Cs which allow work to commence with the clients signing to say that they accept the commencment of work and supply of goods and that work can start immediately as opposed to the seven day cooling off period .
