    hello all got this old one to put motor on,a new motor fhp arrived with no fitting kit.ordered this and its come with acabe rast plug but no wirinring or fitting instructions any help would be very helpful,richard. 😕

    i think youl find the plug will fit, if you push hard enuff, just make sure you fit it the right way round 😉

    thanks for that i tried it today and its to long for the fhp motor plug,its the old 8 inline with two pices sticking up.we used to see it on the wiring diagrams that hotpoint supplied with there motors,the good old days next to the old 3and 3 plug,richard 😕

    have got old service manual with 8 pin connection if it helps

    1 tacho
    2 field
    3 overload and arm
    4 tacho
    5 field
    6 overload and arm
    7 field centre tap
    8 no connect
