ParticipantI have an LG WM-1437WFD which stopped washing in the middle of a cycle and shows error code AE which in the user manual says check for water leaks and call for service. There are no water leaks at all.
Is there any other way of re-setting the machine before I call for service.
The machine is brand new and has only been used for a few days before it malfunctioned.
Thanks ❓

IIRC AE is the safety switch in the base has activated. It means you have a leak somewhere and the base has flooded.
You need to find the leak, repair it and then drain the water out of the base.
