I have an Aquarius WD420 washerdryer.
The door bowl cracked, so ordered a new one and replaced it.
We have also had a new dishwasher recently (shared waste but never on both at once and set up so that one shouldn’t cause ‘backups’ in the other).
Everything worked fine for a few days but now the washer won’t work because the error code is flashing – on/off button flashes at the same time as buttons 1st and 4th down (‘drying high heat’ and ‘time saver’).
Any advice please? Anyone know what this error code means?
Turning off and leaving overnight doesn’t change it.?

Hi, not good news im afraid, 1st & 4th light= F-09, set-up error, its a problem with the software on the main module, will need to be either re-programmed or, quite possibly, a new module fitted, either way wont be cheap, £99 for hotpoint to come & fix is about your only option
