ParticipantHi.
Approx 2-3 yr old machine. I select any program and press start button. I hear a click (door interlock?) then nothing for a few seconds and finally the end LED flashes. I tried the drain prog and still the same story. Inlet valves, level control, drain pump all seem fine, motor ok. The customer reports this fault only happened after an unannounced interruption in the water supply.Should I consider a new timer?
Thanks

The “End” LED and “Start/Pause” LED will flash together to give the error code combination….the sequence repeats every 2.5 seconds….count the flashes?
We have another flying penguin in our midst it seems, global warming?. 😉

Hi Martin (and thanks Jim),
The customer selects darks wash, wash & start led’s light up and then go out, and then the end led flashes 4 times and repeats. Does this help in any way?

Will send you some info. I think four flashes relates to door lock problems.
PS. You might upset our small feathered friend by using his avatar. 😉

OK. Avatar changed back – no offence intended. I have ordered a fault code booklet from ukw shop.

Hi Jim,
The door lock was engaging correctly btw. Had to wait almost a minute to open door even when machine plugged out. Apologies in advance for stoopid questions but my experience is mainly miele pro machines.
Regards

I’m sure P45 wouldn’t be offended with you using his personal avatar, just a little broody. 😆
Have you received that stuff I sent you, its a fairly large file?
