Fault code E1 (2 outer red lights light) The owners manual states that this code is for anti-flood. I have removed all the tin panels & there is no evidance of any leakage onto the belly plate ?
Any help would be appreciated

Anti-flood works in two ways. Water leaking into the base will activate a float switch to shut down the programme. There is also a pneumatic system linked to the fill matrix, which if activated also shuts off the programme. Sludging in the bottom of the fill matrix is the usual problem. Remove right hand side panel to observe proceedings.

Thanks for that Penguin 45 . I have removed the large blue plastic section thats atatched to the water softneron the R/H side. The large hole that is revieled was well gunked up I have cleaned this out & I think it goes through the sump behind the rubber flap/valve ?. This also I have cleared out. Then I refit the large blue plastic section after metering both air pressure switches (one atatched to blue section the other on the belly plate) Both tested OK. When I came to re-test all that happens now is the 2 R/H red lights come on & I cannot clear them . My limited user instructions shows no fault code for this. What have I done ??
