On this one the front tub weight has ‘let go’ damaging the tub front and breaking in the process. 😕
Connect list a ‘front counterweight kit’…has anyone used one of these, and does it come with a tub front half? It’s listed in the £90’s trade so i’d expect it to!
I guess this must be a common fault if a kit is produced for it although this particular machine made it to about 10 mins after the JL 2 year g’tee ran out…we’ve advised the customer to go back there and gently moan anyway but we’ll prepare an estimate and have a chair ready when we tell them the price 😆
