just re-activated our account..ordered a couple of things,
1 part said low stock so i emailed them. they emailed back saying 2 instock, so i ordered asp,…and waited …..finally 2 days later my next door neighbor handed in a parcel ..guess what ..only 1 part in parcel and
a 0 listed at the part i was told they have..quite pi***ed about this..as i could have had it yesterday if ordered with another supplier .
thought it would be nice to have another part supplier..
please dont mess about with low stock status..or at least call/email if part is not in stock,
you live and learn.

Funny that, I placed my first order with Masterpart for ages, and when I checked the next day it hadn`t even been sent out. So at least you got one part….

I`ve had this happen to me loads of times, and not just on low stock items either 😡
