Ive got a indesit w143s which works for 20 seconds then the 3rd and 4th led’s start flashing indicating a ntc fault,any one know the correct resistance values for the thermistor please?
not sure, but you can test its function by putting it in a cup of hot water and watching the resistance change
bet your boards faulty
but it might be worth checking the heater as well

good idea many thanks i will try that now, ive checked the heater and the wiring from the thermistor to the board too and its fine.
More than likely its the board 😥

values read from 12 to 36 ohms so i guess the thermistor is ok,that means the board is at fault, o well worth a try!
Time for a new machine then :rolls:
getting more too common this… spend some money, and get a proper machine!
do yourself a favour long term

dont fall for the hotpoint trick either, its an indesit in disguise
avoid the haier at all costs.. go for a bosch

This is much too low a resistance. I would expect values in the kilohms region.
