my bosch has stopped pumping out water. I have checked the drain pump and nothing is blocking it. Have deduced it is the pump but how do i gain access to it have removed the small plate on the back but unable to get any further. Also where is the best place to buy another pump thanks
Are you sure it is the pump ? When you switch the machine to ‘drain’ , can you hear the drain pump working or do you hear a very faint hum/buzz coming from the pump area itself ?
In my experience the pumps are a rare failure on these machines ( although not unheard of ) . Its more likely to be a blockage in a drain hose or the sump rather than the pump itself.
