    Greetings.
    No drum action whatsoever (pumping out & lights on). Belt & motor seem fine. Can’t see any start capacitors for motor – Is it the speed controller?

    Sounds like a Merloni one. The modules are notoriously unreliable. The 546——- number on the board is the part number.

    I’ll chase up the best priced one in euros I can get. BTW are the prices quoted in the ukw spare parts shop “retail” or can a trade discount be negotiated?

    Check the wash heater is ok. Can’t remember if its just no spin if heater OC or no motor action at all.

    serivis boards are notoriously unreliable
    i have had some joy at repairing them but emw is probably your best bet

    that is assuming it is servis

    It is. Powerpoint appear to be an Irish “MFI – type” operation. They sell Chinese dishwashers as well………
