    Hi All
    I went to a hoover washer dryer today a hnwl 6136 that wont work at all.
    If you select any program you can hear a faint buzzing noise for a few seconds and thats all. The start light will light, the door lock light will flash and it lights up the 15 on the display.
    When I got to the machine there was still a bit of water left in it but the pump/filter seem fine and are all clear.

    The Start LED and the 1st of the option button’s LED will flash together to indicate the respective ‘error code’. Count the number of rapid flashes (it repeats every 15 seconds in fact) to determine the error that you can check out in the “Known Error Codes” thread, the link to it being here (under the heading ‘Nextra series’):D

    Hi Martin, Thanks for that.
    The only lights that are on are the start light the door lock light flashes and the one that indicates 15 mins is on but not flashing.

    Dunno then TBH 😕

    But, as the door lock LED is flashing I can only assume one of two things….

    1 ) Door Interlock?

    2) Programme module fault of some kind and only a close visual inspection of the entire board (looking carefully for blown Triacs (Marked TR on board) will determine..
