    Hi.
Fault report – stops heating on sensor drying program after a short time (few minutes)
Fault history – heat exchanger was clogged with fluff – cleaned & testing OK on timed drying program 5 days previous.
Large pool of water on floor around/under appliance.
How do I remove the drum to expose plumbing? (thru’ top/back/sides?). Help most appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Conor!

Sounds like the pump hose to water container are blocked? Usually at the nozzle on top of the water container. 😉

Also clean out the fluff deposits behind the condenser matrix and flush with water a few times. Otherwise it will block again in pretty short order! :rolls:

    Thanks Dave,
Have left side off and exposed condensate pump – float switch and pump covered with crud – have cleaned and replaced. Condensate and breather pipes are clear. Is there anything else I should look at before I reassemble machine?
    Thanks, Conor!

Pour (say) a pint of water into the back (behind) of the condenser matrix, switch on and see if that water pumps straight up and into the water container?
