    hi,
i have the same problem with 2 of these dryers the water is getting into the duct where the fan is then is getting onto the element and tripping the rcd.

i have cleaned out the sump at the back of the dryer made sure the pump is working and no blockage in the pipes.

the condenser units are spotless ans at the back of the condenser there is no fluff.

however there appears to be water lying in a small channel at the back of the condenser i cannot see how it gets from there into the sump i have shove a wire into the small hole at the back of the sump but the water in the channel doesnt go away.

i have searched the site for any info but i am going in circles.
    any ideas?

where the pump sits in its housing in the bottom left hand corner there is a hole that connects the 2 and it often gets blocked up, get large bag tie and have a good poke around then you should see it fill up

no worries, check the elements when you have dried them out though because when they get wet the carboard running through them breaks 😉
